Love this stuff! I first experienced smelling this during one of Mara’s wonderful yoga classes - it smells SO refreshing and feels great to breathe in. I like to add a few crystals to a bath or shower, and sometimes I’ll have the container at my work desk and just take a whiff straight from the can - seriously instantly calms my nerves.
