HOW TO USE:

For Gel- Thoroughly rinse the Sea Moss. Soak Sea Moss in water for up to 1-hour, option to add lime to kill bacteria. Rinse again. Then, using scissors, cut it into smaller pieces to avoid damage to the blender. In a high-speed blender, blend Sea Moss and water until smooth. For thicker texture in gel, add less water and for thinner add more water than recommended. Pour it in an airtight container and refrigerate. Gel can be added to tea or smoothies (2 tablespoons per serving, daily). 

For Hot Tea or Smoothie Blend- Thoroughly rinse the Sea Moss. Soak for 15-20 minutes in Spring water. Rinse Sea Moss again. Add about 2 tablespoons of Sea Moss to pot of Spring water (1 cup) and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and set aside for 15 minutes. Keeping the boiled water, blend Sea Moss and water in high-speed blender along with any other desired ingredients.
