    ACTIONS: Antifingal, Anti-inflammatory, Antiviral, Astringent.*

     

    MEDICINAL USES: Has been used in folk medicine to relieve headaches, hepatitis, and skin conditions. Shown to be effective against certain tumors. The leaves are often used to treat hemorrhoids, liver, and gallbladder problems. Great source of omega-3 fatty acids.*

    PREPARATION & DOSAGE: To make an infusion (drinking tea), pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of dried herb and infuse for 10-15 minutes, 2x daily.
