    ACTIONS: Analgesic (pain reliever), Antidiarrheal, Antimicrobial, Antioxidant, Antiparasitic, Anti-inflammatory, Dermatological.*

     

    MEDICINAL USES: Commonly used for treating Hyperthyroidism. It may lower high levels of thyoid hormones. It's also used for menstrual issues like; Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), breast pain, and heavy bleeding. As a sedative, it's known for relieving insomnia by regulating sleep patterns. It can also be a cough remedy and help prevent heart palpitations.*

     

    PREPARATION & DOSAGE: To make an infusion (drinking tea), pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of dried herb and infuse for 10-15 minutes, 2x daily.
